A really easy and enjoyable experience. A simple process to reserve the bikes prior, to guarantee your preference, but the business were very accommodating if it didn’t work out (I.e. moving to a smaller bike). Great payment options (e.g. link for online payment) for secure booking of the deposit. This deposit was paid back within the hour of returning it and after the checks they carried out. When returning to Annecy, this is the place I would go again for bike hire.

It was super nice service. Good bikes. For 1 day for 2bikes we paid 45. I think it good deal.

I had the best experience renting a bike at DolceVia. I was a bit hesitant to bike around the lake solo, but the staff there (sad to miss their names) were extremely helpful in showing me the areas to stop by and how to best use my bike. I highly recommend!

Very good experience with my e bike! They ask for a pre autorization that you can make a little less by buying an assurance but its still 450 euros. Everything was fine so no problems with that but when you return the bike, they check it after you leave and then cancel the amount which made me a bit uneasy so I stayed until they did it. All good anyway thankfully! I didnt use the electric setting of the bike the entire time, but I did the entire lake in under 3 hours and had over 70% of the battery still when I returned it. They didnt offer me a lot of information about the road but its pretty simple to do as is.
