We hired four bikes from this shop in June. The guys in the shop were great, really friendly and attentive, making sure we had our seats at the right height before we left the shop. All the bikes were of good quality and we had no trouble with them. The bikes came with spare tubes, helmets and pumps. We weren’t able to pick the bikes up the night before but that was fair enough as we hadn’t paid for them until the morning. Just mentioned so others know. The shop has quite a bit of kit you can buy, souvenirs, jerseys, bottles, socks, gels etc. overall a great experience.

Great store!! Helpfull staff. Large selection of clothing, gear, accessories, maintenance/spare products, refueling foods and off course bikes. They also have a check up service, so you don’t have to worry about your bike if it has an issue. They will fix it.

Fantastic service! I rented a bike from d’Vélos in Maurienne, and by sheer bad luck the crank arm snapped 3 km into Alpe d’Huez. What stood out was how they solved it. I rented a replacement from another shop in Bourg d’Oisans, rode up Alpe d’Huez and over the Croix de Fer, and dropped it at d’Vélos in Maurienne. They handled the transport back to Bourg d’Oisans and even offered to refund the second rental. Great problem solving; they truly saved the day!
