Since this is going to be long, I'll start with the adjectives: Responsiveness, Professionalism, Competence, and Reliability. I bought a Focus SAM2 from E-Bike Reborn. I discovered the site by chance through a classified ad on leboncoin. Initially quite hesitant about buying a refurbished bike online, I was blown away by Nicolas's responsiveness, the level of detail in his listings, the speed of preparation, and the follow-up. From the adjustments to the packaging, and even the handling of any transport issues (which, thankfully, weren't a problem at all – the carrier was a bit rough with the box), unpacking was a breeze since everything had been carefully protected. But what a surprise to find all the tools needed to reassemble it in the accessory box! I could have been stranded in the middle of nowhere, and I would have been riding off again, with the brakes and gears perfectly adjusted. In short, a big Bravo to Nicolas and his E-Bike Reborn shop, I recommend it to anyone who wants a Quality Bike at an extremely reasonable price.

Excellent experience! It wasn't easy buying remotely without seeing the bike, a first for me, so I was a little apprehensive. But I had a very good exchange with Nicolas, who was very professional and efficient. He took the time to explain the bike's history, and I was able to arrange delivery to suit my availability. I highly recommend the experience! The bike works perfectly.
