Constantine, met us when we arrived, he asked our plans and gave his recommendations, which we took and we had a blast. The bikes were great, Constantine ensured we were comfortable before we left the store. The trails we rode were fantastic and the views of the lake and surrounding mountains make the climb very worth while. The trails were not too busy (April 2nd) I imagine it would be a different ball game as the season moves on into summer with many more people on the trail (both bikes and foot traffic) 100% we would come back and rent again and try a different route or two. Great service, great bikes and amazing scenery!

We walked in without reservation (in off season) and Constantin was super helpful. He explained the bikes to my friend and I, and also gave us some good options of different routes we could do. We went with Lake Ledro and it was a great ride The bikes were awesome and Constantin was brilliant. He gave us a backpack and a bottle of water and said to call him if we had any problems. This meant we could go out without any worries Would absolutely recommend- worth every penny

We had an amazing experience renting e-bikes from Le Bici di Eric & Paul. We walked in without reservations and got recommendations on routes around Lake Garda. We ended up deciding to bike to Lake Ledro which goes on fairly rocky terrain but had no problem as first time mountain bikers with these e-bikes. Even better than the quality of the bikes was the high level of service we received. Constantine was very friendly, generous and honest, making sure we were comfortable on our bikes and fitted correctly. He even noticed that we had one heavy backpack and lent us one to split the weight more evenly. Partway into the bike ride, we accidentally dropped one of our helmets off a cliff when taking it off. We weren’t sure what to do but called him and he biked up to where we were, bringing another helmet so that we could continue our ride. He goes above and beyond, going out of his way to help us and we had such a memorable day! We would highly recommend this bike shop to anyone in the area!!! Incredible service, great e-bikes and reasonable prices!

I highly recommend this shop. I arrived with no reservation for a bike rental and Constantin was able to provide me with the exact bike that I was looking for. He is very kind, and recommended local trails based on my desires and skill level. In additional to the excellent service, the pricing was very fair too. Great shop, great service.
