All bookings completed online, in advance made collection of bike easy. Opens at 10:30am and a very helpful service. Very clear basic maps available to get to canal. Good bikes. Canal cycle path is gravel and both the electric and pedal bikes suited the terrain. Cycle took longer than planned to return bikes because of the heat, this did not affect our booking. Very happy doing business with this company.

We booked six of Evadeo’s Specialized e-mountain bikes for us and our guests staying at Domaine de la Vene, above Carcassonne. They were costly, but gave us a bulk discount for the three week rental and the service was first class with bikes (and chargers, helmets, locks, puncture repair kit etc) delivered to the very remote location, and picked up also on the day we left. The bikes were in excellent condition and really handled the very off road terrain around the Domaine perfectly. We had a couple of punctures which I lazily took down to Evadeo for them to fix, which they did while I waited. Can’t fault the experience. Everyone loved the bikes. And because you can choose the amount of power you use, we had some great rides with the heroes using Eco and the grannies using turbo.

Great selection of bikes and eBikes. Friendly and helpful staff with good English. We hired a bikes for a half day to ride alongside the Canal du Midi to Trebes and back. The path is quite bumpy, so the staff recommended mountain bikes and we got a hard tail for me and a hybrid eMTB for my wife (I had to work hard to keep up - which was perfect). We got a lock, repair kit and helmets and clear instructions how to get to the canal. The ride ended up being 33km and easy to follow and mostly flat - if bumpy. Mountain bikes were ideal.

My son and I were very happy with Evadeo cycles! We rented bikes online, hoping they would deliver them because we didn’t have transportation. They delivered the bikes for a nominal fee without any fuss. Unfortunately, Le Mistral decided to come into our adventure on our first day with a steady breeze of 25-30 mph with 55 mph gusts! We rode our bikes 30 km into that breeze to return them because the weather apps predicted that the wind would continue for the duration of our trip. Upon arrival at Evadeo, we told the employee that we wished to return the bikes due to the weather and there were no problems. The employee even called us a cab. All in all, very friendly, honest service. If/when we return to this beautiful country, we would definitely rent from Evadeo again. De joyeuses aventures sans vent !

Great bike. Pro Aethos. Staff were friendly and made sure I gave Pic de Nore a go. If you are looking for a good climb in the area, it should tick a lot of boxes. Anyway, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again
