Very professional. Top-notch customer service. I recommend. Excellent welcome. Very good listening. Given my situation (I borrowed a lawnmower, I had a problem). I explained that I had to leave that day and leave Auxerre. A reception manager analyzed with a workshop technician and offered me an immediate repair, as the fault was identified and it was quickly repaired. WELL DONE and THANK YOU.
