Excellent experience! We arranged the rental through a couple email exchanges and had the bikes delivered to the auberge we were staying at (even without us there). The bikes we charged and ready to go! We rode to an amazing spot to watch the Tour de France (thanks to e-assist) and had an amazing time. We left the bikes at the auberge to be picked up later (and Nathan called immediately when I meant to text and called and hung up - amazing he called to check in). It couldn’t have been easier or better!!
