Excellent service and truly above-and-beyond support. The staff also all speak fluent English, which made communication very easy. While visiting Florence, I had a serious issue: my Pinarello race bike’s handlebars were cracked from a recent accident and needed urgent replacement. Despite my short stay, the team went out of their way to source a replacement from a nearby town and install it before my flight home. I highly recommend Florence By Bike, their professionalism and level of service were outstanding and I can't thank them enough!

We rented a gravel bike and touring bike and used one of the routes on their website (Fiesole, monetary then back to Florence ~45km). The people in the shop were so kind and friendly, especially lovely Lia who gave us lots of tips for our route. The bikes were great quality, I even preferred mine to my one at home! We had a gorgeous day out. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to see a bit more of the surrounding areas of Florence.

Marika, właścicielka, oraz jej zespół byli niezwykle mili i pomocni, oferując świetny wybór rowerów szosowych z karbonu w bardzo uczciwej cenie. Jako triathlonista poczułem się jak w domu; ich oferta odzieży kolarskiej obejmuje wszystko, od topowych marek po bardziej przystępne cenowo opcje, a jeśli przyjedziesz z własnym rowerem, oferują też serwis. Płatność była prosta, obsługa znakomita, a ja wyszedłem już planując kolejną wizytę. Gorąco polecam!

We did a 6 days "Tour of Tuscany" from Pisa to Florence, and decided to rent our bikes in Florence with this shop. - Customer Service: Great customer service by Lia. She quickly answered every single question we had by mail. - Bikes: on pickup day, the bikes were ready for us. The bikes, and the accessories are of very good quality. The bikes were well mantained and worked perfectly fine for us. - Bike return: very easy, took us only a few minutes. I would absolutely recommend Florence by Bike

I rented a bike for 5 days from Florence By Bike. The bike was in great condition and I really appreciated that all the accessories were included in the rental. I thought the staff could have spent a bit more time helping us set the bikes up so they were comfortable - luckily I know a lot about bikes so I was able to do this myself later in the day, but someone else may not have the skills to do their own adjustments. Overall I would recommend renting a bike here!
