The Galacio team is passionate about cycling, whether it be high performance road, gravel or mountain biking or simply help with touring the exquisite terrain of the Alentejo. They provided the most exceptional customer service for a very reasonable price, helping with planning routes, delivering brand new, high-end Scott gravel bikes to our hotel, and having a flexible and responsive attitude to anything we needed on our trip. From our initial contact with Orlanda, to bike fit and route recommendations from Galacio and Jose, we we were in great hands for a spontaneously-planned 4 day ride in the Alentejo. Our experience with Galacio Bike was so outstanding that we visited the shop after our ride to arrange a second rental of 3 bikes for our next trip out to the coast. The shop has a full complement of bikes, components, clothing and anything you could want for your bike trip - before or after - so make sure to visit the shop if you have time!
