The moderate operational weight of 419 kg ensures maximum soil protection. The balanced weight distribution and the sturdy track system allow for safe mowing on slopes up to 55 degrees.

The floating deck of the flail shredder adapts to ground irregularities in challenging terrains thanks to its large pendulum travel up and down and avoids damaging the lawn. Variable adjustment of the mower: optimal guidance through an adjustable sliding frame (anti-scalp function) or an integrated device for optimal use in varying terrain conditions. Choose your personal setting for a perfect fit. The 100 cm wide flail mower (continuously adjustable cutting height) with its narrower tracks allows for comfortable mowing up to a few centimeters from safety rails or other obstacles.

The enormous power of the Vanguard Professional V engine is directly transmitted with minimal losses through two belts to the blade shaft. The proven engine with a maximum power of 23 hp impresses with its three-year warranty as well as its stable and robust construction. Reliable components from the YAK series – like the robust unit of the flail shredder and the spring tensioning system of the belt are used in the new AS 1000 Ovis RC.

Simplified Handling and Maintenance

Stable tracks and belts with steel inserts ensure maximum traction on extreme slopes. The belt assembly is quickly done due to a defined adjustment dimension. The automatic mechanical parking brake provides additional security during work on slopes. With the compact loading gauge (159 cm / 115 cm / 69 cm), the remote-controlled flail mower can be transported easily and quickly.

Maintenance-free shaft bearings, robust hydraulic motors from mass production, and a large fuel tank provide the basis for long working days in challenging terrains and tall grass. For daily maintenance operations, the AS 1000 Ovis RC offers excellent accessibility.
