I rented the Trek Checkpoint gravel bike from Geneva Cycling for a just under a week and had the best experience. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. Bruno and James were absolutely fantastic and couldn’t be more helpful. At very short notice they were able to arrange, set-up and deliver the bike to my apartment in Geneva. The bike was in fantastic condition and set-up all ready for me. James also kindly provided me with great recommendations for cycling around Geneva. I had to change the day of pick up of my bike at last minute too and again the guys were great and super accommodating. Super service from super guys. If you need to rent a bike in or around Geneva then do check out Geneva Cycling.

I hired bikes from here in October for a 250 mile cycle ride including some challenging climbs, the bikes were reliable and good quality and we had no issues during the trip, the overall service from Geneva Cycling was great - i would absolutely use them again. Bruno was really friendly and helpful including putting our route to the hotel in the GPS for the first leg of our journey.

I called to the Geneva Cycling with a very short notice for a bike rental. Everything was very smooth - after describing my needs I got an advice what bike best suites my requirements. And next day bike was delivered right to my home. James (guy with whom I was in touch) was really helpful and took the time to help and advice me. I had a very good experience with the service and for sure will call them again as soon as the need arises. Thank you!

Had a great experience renting two bikes in mid-July. The web platform was easy to use and the communication was excellent. We were easily able to adjust our reservation when better-suited bikes came available. Rental fees were affordable and the bikes were in excellent condition. We would not hesitate to rent from them again next time we are in the region!

We couldn't have been happier with Geneva Cycling! We were booking bikes so that we could ride as we were following the tour for a week. Bruno's communication was excellent and the rentals were reasonably priced. The equipment was new and in perfect condition. We highly recommend Geneva Cycling!

How do I book equipment online?

Booking equipment online on our site is a piece of cake! Here's how to do it: 1. From the home page of our website, you have two options to start booking: click on the "Book" button or select the equipment you're interested in directly. 2. Next, you'll need to select the period during which you'd like to rent the equipment. 3. A list of available equipment for the selected period will appear. Browse the list and choose the equipment that best suits your needs. 4. Add the equipment you want to book to your basket. You can add as much equipment as you want. 5. Once you have everything you need, go to your basket and confirm the equipment and rental duration. 6. You'll then be asked to provide certain information, such as your contact details and any other details required for the rental. 7. Finally, you can confirm your booking. Once it has been confirmed, you'll be notified via a confirmation e-mail.

When can I pick up the equipment I've booked?

As soon as you've completed your online booking, your equipment is reserved and ready to be collected at the date and time you chose at the time of booking. We recommend early arrival to allow time to both check the equipment and ask any necessary questions. If you need to collect the equipment earlier or later than expected, please contact us directly to check availability, and we'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Please note that for reasons of availability and stock management, it is important to respect the dates and times for equipment collection and return you indicated at the time of booking.

What delivery options are available?

We do not currently offer delivery. All equipment booked through our online store must be collected directly from our store. You can select your preferred pick-up date and time when making your booking.
