The bike was in fantastic condition and set-up all ready for me. James also kindly provided me with great recommendations for cycling around Geneva. I had to change the day of pick up of my bike at last minute too and again the guys were great and super accommodating. Super service from super guys. And next day bike was delivered right to my home. James (guy with whom I was in touch) was really helpful and took the time to help and advice me. We were easily able to adjust our reservation when better-suited bikes came available. Rental fees were affordable and the bikes were in excellent condition. We would not hesitate to rent from them again next time we are in the region!
