Great shop, fantastic solutions, brilliant team! I’ve bought two bikes there. Their pre- and after-sales service is incredible. They really helped us (my wife and me) choose the best options for our needs. They always find solutions to our requests and were a great help with the paperwork to claim the environmental grant. I highly recommend them! They’re really reliable and without a doubt the best shop in Lisbon for buying a good electric bike.
I’d like to add that they’re truly impressive. We wanted to fit the Decathlon luggage rack cover onto our Fiido T2 Longtail. They designed and built a platform so we could fit it. It works perfectly! And I have our bikes serviced at this shop every year! Excellent service!

If I could give more stars, I would. Samuel was brilliant: he helped me every step of the way with choosing a bike and a child seat for my son. He explained how the equipment worked and answered all my questions. He even talked me out of an extra purchase I’d been considering, explaining that it was probably unnecessary. The whole experience was friendly and straightforward. The best service I’ve ever received. I’ll be back.

A brilliant experience! Communication was flawless right from the start – quick, clear and always very helpful. Delivery was efficient and went without a hitch.
