Great Store, Fantastic Solutions, Awesome People! I have bought to bicycles from them. The pre-selling and post selling support in incredible. They really help us ( me and my wife) to buy the best options for our needs. Also they always find solutions to our requirements. And have a lot of support with some paper work we needed to apply to the environmental support. Couldn’t recommend them more! Truly trustable and for sure the best store in Lisbon to buy a good electric solution.
Also like to add that they can really amaze you. We wanted to install the rack cover from decathlon in our fiido T2 long tail. They designed and constructed a plataforma so we would be able to install it. Works perfectly! And I use this store to do our bikes maintenance every year! With excellent service!

If I could give more stars, I would. Samuel was great-- he helped me through the process of choosing a bike and seat for my son. Talked me through the equipment and answered all my questions. He even talked me out of an additional purchase I had considered, explaining that it was probably unnecessary. The process was friendly and low-key. The best. I will be back.
