I had a problem with my derailleur and they could fixe it immediately the next morning. Nice and client friendly people. Beside that it was interesting to see that they were testing bikes with a fuel cell as a reseller of a Franche company in Biarritz. They were estimating the bikes to be commercial in 1 or 2 years.

Prise en charge au top!!! J’ai amené mon VTT dans un sale état car je voulais changer moi même le dérailleur mais échec. Un échange où j’ai étais écouté avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Pas de jugement pas de critique au contraire 👏!!! J’ai eu beaucoup de conseils. Une équipe passionnée qui aime partager le monde du vélo. Niveau prestation pas de surprise , un devis très clair et justifié , les tarifs sont très corrects. Vu le nombre de réparateurs de vélo dans le secteur d’Annecy, c’était pour moi un sacré casse tête comme pour le choix d’un garagiste mais mon choix s’est porté sur IMPACC suite à la lecture des avis et franchement zéro regret. Merci pour leur professionnalisme 🙏. Je vous les conseille fortement.
