I had a problem with my derailleur and they could fixe it immediately the next morning. Nice and client friendly people. Beside that it was interesting to see that they were testing bikes with a fuel cell as a reseller of a Franche company in Biarritz. They were estimating the bikes to be commercial in 1 or 2 years.

I'd never tried an electric bike before their open house, and I have to say the experience was quite pleasant 😊 It made me want to buy one from them, especially since I find the bike lightweight 😊

I highly recommend them. Very professional, welcoming, and quick. If you have any problems, don't hesitate to contact them. This is an address to keep in mind if you're ever in Saint Jorioz. I went there for my nephew's bike after he fell, and we left with it practically like new after the repair. A huge thank you, you saved his vacation!
