My son’s bike needed some urgent attention as we wanted to ride at the Semnoz bike park. After being told ‘no’ by a number of other repair/hire shops (no repairs in season, nothing could be done for a week etc etc) we were eventually steered towards IMPACC - and how lucky that was. Our receptionist spoke with Alain-Christophe over the phone and he reassured her (and us) that he could help us out. After a short bike ride to IMPACC (a seriously impressive location) we met Alain-Christophe and his son-in-law and we immediately knew we were in safe hands. Firstly, Alain-Christophe’s English is superb. We felt confident that he understood our problem and that he also (along with his son-in-law) could provide the solution. Now we get to the really impressive part in my eyes. As he took the bike, he allowed us to ride away on one of their amazing e-bikes free of charge. How incredible is that? Why would anyone do that other than to provide an excellent service. We were very surprised to say the least. So, off we went. We then received a message two hours later and so we returned to IMPACC to find a brand new bike in our eyes. We already knew the price as Alain-Christophe had provided a full break down but we knew that we had received excellent value for money for the service. It was perfect. Now an even cooler bit. My son is bike obsessed. Alain- Christophe then offered to show around their showroom upstairs and gave us a guided tour of the bikes, IMPACC’s incredible journey, and an exciting glimpse into what the future might hold - no spoilers, but watch this space. If you’ve made it this far then thank you reading. I felt compelled to write so much because I feel that IMPACC went above and beyond. And then beyond. I cannot recommend them highly enough and I hope to see them again one day - just because I enjoyed spending time learning about them and their journey. I know that if I ever have bike trouble again in the Annecy area, that IMPACC will be the first and only number I will call. Thanks guys!!

I had a problem with my derailleur and they could fixe it immediately the next morning. Nice and client friendly people. Beside that it was interesting to see that they were testing bikes with a fuel cell as a reseller of a Franche company in Biarritz. They were estimating the bikes to be commercial in 1 or 2 years.

Replaced a broken spoke straight away and it took only one hour. Highly recommended.

I had an electrical problem with my bike. Took it to IMPACC on the Friday and was repaired next day on the Saturday morning. I cannot praise Alain enough, he was very helpful and spoke perfect English so that made life so much easier for me in explaining the problem. Altogether a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend to anyone in the area needing a bike repair.
