On 4 April, I bought my very first Segway AT5 ESP quad at Impact Moto, and I’m absolutely delighted! A huge thank you to Jérôme for his brilliant support. He was always available, attentive and ready to answer all my questions from start to finish. That’s the sort of customer service we’d love to see more often! The quad bike performs brilliantly and is a real joy to ride. The whole family loves it: my wife and my three children are delighted 😁 Thanks again to the whole Impact Moto team!

I’ve just bought a motorbike from them today – the sales assistant and manager were incredibly responsive; they were able to get it ready for me straight away, and I was able to ride off on it straight away, with all the paperwork and insurance sorted out by them – absolutely spot on. Their prices for enduro bikes and so on are really competitive; I highly recommend them.

I needed a scooter straight away A brilliant welcome, a responsive team, and the manager – who was very professional – sorted out all the paperwork straight away, so we were able to set off on our scooter very quickly I’d definitely recommend this shop – there’s nothing negative to say. A big thank you to Mr Jérôme

Juliette

Honestly, what a brilliant dealership! The team are top-notch – always smiling, helpful, and you can tell they really know their stuff. The motorbikes are in tip-top condition, the service is spot on, and you feel at ease the moment you walk through the door. A special mention to the sales rep… Always so efficient, even though, strangely enough, every time I pop in ‘just to have a look’, I end up leaving with something 🤔😂 A real talent! In short, a brilliant place for all motorbike enthusiasts. You can go there with complete confidence!
