Easy check in and out. however the gear of my bike did not work properly. Bike of my daughter had 5 times the chain off…unfortunately the man in the shop didn’t show much interest in repairing it..

While the store itself is easily accessible and pleasant, and the sales staff are commendable, it's very regrettable that this welcome is ruined at the checkout. The cashier was cold, unfriendly, and even haughty (despite a €180 receipt) and didn't even wrap the gift in the provided bag. I had to take my purchases home, refold the garment myself, and put it in the gift bag I was given, which didn't close properly... and lacked any store sticker. "Do it yourself." Indeed, one might be tempted to order online rather than buy the product in a local shop if the customer service isn't comprehensive enough to distinguish it. A real shame.
