Outstanding! What more can I say? If I may say so, they were the only ones to agree to let us return the bikes a little later. A real bonus that made all the difference. The prices are unbeatable given the services on offer. I’d also like to commend the manager for being both professional and approachable – hats off to him! I wish this business every success. I was very happy with my experience and would recommend it without hesitation! The bikes were of impeccable quality: very easy to handle, with smooth and reliable gear changes. The only slight downside: on the mountain bike, I would have liked a slightly more comfortable saddle.

A brilliant experience! I hired an e-MTB for the afternoon. The team are really friendly and laid-back, the kit is spot on and the prices are very reasonable. As well as the bike, they provide a helmet, a tyre repair kit, a pump, a lock, glasses and gloves. I followed the recommended route around Chatenois and Haut-Koenigsbourg – it’s a really beautiful area with plenty of variety.

A brilliant experience with Kintz Bike: incredibly responsive service, top-notch kit, individually tailored, and some of the best rates around… And a pair of really friendly and passionate young entrepreneurs. A huge range of routes to suit all tastes, ages (teens and adults), abilities and durations, starting from Kintzheim. Highly recommended for exploring the area in a different way or for a challenging sporting outing. We had a brilliant time with our teenagers aged 13 to 17 and our friends, for whom it was a first! We’d rented bikes elsewhere before, but the level of service wasn’t a patch on Kintz Bike. Absolutely top-notch!

I contacted this company by telephone to enquire about its services. The person who answered the phone was particularly cold and curt. I felt as though I was being a nuisance; my questions seemed to annoy him and he cut the conversation short in a very brusque manner.Even for a small business, the foundations of trade remain courtesy and customer service. This does absolutely nothing to inspire confidence in renting a bike from them or entrusting one to them in future. I decided to go with another, more professional provider instead.
