Great experience! I rented an e-MTB for the afternoon. The team is super friendly and laid-back, the equipment is perfect, and the prices are very reasonable. In addition to the bike, they provide a helmet, tire repair kit, pump, lock, glasses, and gloves. I took the recommended route around Châtenois and Haut-Koenigsbourg; it's a beautiful area with lots of variety.

A superb experience with Kintz Bike! Incredible responsiveness, top-notch equipment, individually adjusted, and some of the best prices around... Plus, a super friendly and passionate duo of young entrepreneurs. They offer a wide variety of routes for all tastes, ages (teens and adults), abilities, and durations, all starting from Kintzheim. Highly recommended for discovering the area in a different way or for a stimulating sporting outing. We had a blast with our teenagers (ages 13-17) and our friends, for whom it was their first time! We had rented elsewhere before, and the level of service wasn't comparable to Kintz Bike. Absolutely top-notch!

After my gear cable broke on Pentecost Sunday, Kintz'Bike picked up my road bike from the hotel on that holiday, repaired it in no time, and returned it. It was only thanks to this outstanding customer service that I was able to continue my multi-day tour. The service was professional and very friendly.
