Absolutely top-notch bike rental experience! The bikes were brand new, equipped with high-end components, and in excellent condition — renting here gives you the rare chance to ride truly top-tier mountain bikes. The staff were fantastic: friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. During the rental, they took great care of the bikes — changing brake pads or doing any necessary maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone who wants the best gear and professional support while riding!

The service was very good and efficient and they were super helpful when we collected the bikes from the shop, making sure we were set up correctly. The bikes were well maintained and perfect for exploring the mountains. 100% recommend.

Great experience renting MTB bikes here! The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable — they really took the time to make sure everything was set up perfectly. I rented a DH bike, and it was in excellent condition, well-maintained and trail-ready. Highly recommended for anyone looking to rent bikes. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in the area!

Annual MTB trip this year Morzine, 4 of our party hired bikes from La Pedalerie Morzine. Polite happy and keen to make sure you have the best time. They couldn't do enough. I had an issue day one, no messing no arguing they just did as you expect but with a smile. Any issues we had was addressed. Couple changed bikes due to not getting right bike for the area no hassle if they can sort it they DO! Would I we go back or recommend? We bought them a crate of beer does that answer your question!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, hired the Hope 916 that turned out to be the owners personal bike! Great little bar out the back for some Apre’MTB and a well stocked shop. thanks for everything James Batters.
