The staff were fantastic: friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. During the rental, they took great care of the bikes — changing brake pads or doing any necessary maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. I rented a DH bike, and it was in excellent condition, well-maintained and trail-ready. Highly recommended for anyone looking to rent bikes. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in the area!

Annual MTB trip this year Morzine, 4 of our party hired bikes from La Pedalerie Morzine. Polite happy and keen to make sure you have the best time. They couldn't do enough. I had an issue day one, no messing no arguing they just did as you expect but with a smile. Any issues we had was addressed. Couple changed bikes due to not getting right bike for the area no hassle if they can sort it they DO! Would I we go back or recommend? We bought them a crate of beer does that answer your question!

Wow ! What a great set of guys whom are running this cycle hire business ! We have just had three days bike hire, our bikes were well prepared and looked after. We wanted to try other bikes out, which was absolutely no problem, and in many cases were done for free (which was really appreciated). Very friendly guys, made you feel welcome, and couldn’t do enough for you. Thoroughly recommended. We even bought the guys at the shop some beers to say thank you as they were so good. Thank you 🙏🏼
