The bikes were brand new, equipped with high-end components, and in excellent condition — renting here gives you the rare chance to ride truly top-tier mountain bikes. The staff were fantastic: friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. During the rental, they took great care of the bikes — changing brake pads or doing any necessary maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. Highly recommended for anyone who wants the best gear and professional support while riding!

Annual MTB trip this year Morzine, 4 of our party hired bikes from La Pedalerie Morzine. Polite happy and keen to make sure you have the best time. They couldn't do enough. I had an issue day one, no messing no arguing they just did as you expect but with a smile. Any issues we had was addressed. Couple changed bikes due to not getting right bike for the area no hassle if they can sort it they DO! Would I we go back or recommend? We bought them a crate of beer does that answer your question!

Great experience renting MTB bikes here! The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable — they really took the time to make sure everything was set up perfectly. I rented a DH bike, and it was in excellent condition, well-maintained and trail-ready. Highly recommended for anyone looking to rent bikes. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in the area!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, hired the Hope 916 that turned out to be the owners personal bike! Great little bar out the back for some Apre’MTB and a well stocked shop. thanks for everything James Batters.

We have used La Pedalerie for the last 4 years. They have always been excellent and have accommodated changes in orders at late notice. This time we hired 5 different bikes - all of excellent quality. They were all set up for our needs. My sons have particularly enjoyed the DH Pivots. Emmanuel is always very good at sorting any servicing out over night and has been particularly good when we have required some repairs. I plan to return to them again next year
