Excellent service from Maison Du Velo. We asked for several changes when we arrived and they were very accommodating. Their booking and payment systems work well and they made quick adjustments for us very smoothly. The bikes are very good quality, well suited for a trip down the canal du midi to Sete. You don't really need an e-bike because the journey is quite flat overall, but we had a mix of e-bikes and standard mechanical and they were all good. The luggage transport to sete and also the bike pickup they organized went very well also. I would highly recommend using them.

Great place to rent bycicles. Different varieties available. Book in advance. They will take deposit before we take the bike . And deposit it straight back once we finished. Amazing people , so friendly, they will do the necessary adjustments for you . Great price as well Cycles are in amazing quality... Canal dumudi entrance is nearby . Make sure the address is correct there are 2 renting places exactly same name . So double check before. I will definitely come back again in Nov. Dont even blink an eye..just go for it . Enjoy

Exceptional experience renting from La Petite Maison du Vélo! We hired three MTBs for 48 hours for a 100km trip down the Canal du Midi. From the simple online reservation to the fast, friendly pick-up service, everything ran like clockwork. The bikes were well-maintained, comfortable, and reliable for the distance. Highly recommend them if you're looking for quality rentals and friendly, helpful staff in Toulouse!

While this place is mainly known as a bike rental, I want to point out that they also run a great luggage storage service here! Everything went smoothly and my suitcase was perfectly safe. It’s a popular spot, so they were quite busy when I arrived and I had to wait a little longer, but the staff was still very friendly and helpful. Picking it up was hassle-free (I arrived a bit earlier just in case, which I’d recommend to others too). If you need a secure place for your bags, I highly recommend them!
