Excellent service from Maison Du Velo. We asked for several changes when we arrived and they were very accommodating. Their booking and payment systems work well and they made quick adjustments for us very smoothly. The bikes are very good quality, well suited for a trip down the canal du midi to Sete. You don't really need an e-bike because the journey is quite flat overall, but we had a mix of e-bikes and standard mechanical and they were all good. The luggage transport to sete and also the bike pickup they organized went very well also. I would highly recommend using them.

While this place is mainly known as a bike rental, I want to point out that they also run a great luggage storage service here! Everything went smoothly and my suitcase was perfectly safe. It’s a popular spot, so they were quite busy when I arrived and I had to wait a little longer, but the staff was still very friendly and helpful. Picking it up was hassle-free (I arrived a bit earlier just in case, which I’d recommend to others too). If you need a secure place for your bags, I highly recommend them!

Rented a bike to use on the famous canal du midi. The service was great and the bike was in really condition, it is very well priced too. The bikes are clean and high quality with hydraulic disc brakes, I would recommend getting the premium touring one for the canal. Mine made some noise with the mudguard touching the tire but that was an easy fix.

As a group of four Australian women, in our sixties, we were delighted with the service from La Petite Maison du Velo. We booked our bikes online, several months prior to the trip. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly, and our questions were answered courteously. The bikes and panniers were perfect for the task. One tiny hiccup, with one of the panniers, was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Highly recommended this company, and I would definitely hire from them again if the opportunity arose.
