I’m very happy with my purchase – a sofa and two armchairs. The sales assistant, Valérie, was very welcoming. Delivery was quicker than expected. Thank you to the delivery drivers, who really worked up a sweat in the heat. The staff at reception were very friendly, even on the phone.

An excellent experience with the after-sales service – I highly recommend them! Despite a minor mishap during a previous visit to the electrical goods department, I really want to highlight the excellent experience I had with the after-sales service at the Leclerc centre in Basse-Goulaine. I’ve had to take several appliances to them, and right from my first phone call with Mathieu from after-sales service, I was particularly pleased with the warm welcome and the advice provided. He is a very professional, friendly and pleasant person who genuinely takes the time to listen, examine the appliances, explain the various options and, above all, give clear and transparent advice. You immediately sense that the aim is genuinely to advise the customer as best as possible and to find the most suitable solution, which naturally fosters a genuine atmosphere of trust. I’d also like to highlight the quality of the shop’s overall customer service. The shop assistants I met were always smiling, polite, helpful and very friendly. It’s really lovely to be welcomed in this way. A big thank you, therefore, to Mathieu and the whole team for their professionalism, helpfulness and kindness. The service was excellent, and I would have no hesitation in recommending their after-sales service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I need a sofa bed, so I popped into the furniture department. The products were fine, but the sales assistants – two gentlemen – were very unfriendly. I left. On a second visit, I was able to speak to a young woman who was friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a sofa; it has just been delivered and assembled. I’m satisfied with the product and the delivery. What’s more, I was able to speak to the shop manager – a lady who was very attentive, friendly and highly professional. I can therefore recommend this shop.

On 11 July, I bought a washing machine. I asked the young sales assistant if there was a model where I could freely adjust the wash time, temperature and spin speed of the standard programmes. He assured me that BEKO and TLC were the two brands that allowed this. I therefore chose a BEKO model, asking him the question several times as I found it hard to believe that the adjustments would not be restricted. He assured me there was no problem.This is not the case. The product I purchased therefore does not match the specifications I was given.

A very bad experience. I bought a Rowenta X-Force Flex 9.60 hoover just 10 days ago. As I wanted to return it, I went to the shop with the complete product: the original box, accessories, documentation and even the plastic packaging. My return was refused on the grounds that there were three hairs in the suction tube; everything else was in pristine condition – it had never been used, only tested at the time of purchase as there was no display model. Furthermore, the appliance is in perfect condition, with no signs of wear and tear, and works perfectly. The most disappointing thing was the way I was treated. The sales assistant on the relevant floor and the cashier at the till were far from friendly. I felt that my request was dismissed without them really listening or showing any willingness to properly examine the condition of the product. I also had to repackage it entirely on my own because the sales assistant simply walked off. Even when a shop chooses not to accept a return, a minimum of courtesy, respect and explanation is expected. Unfortunately, that’s not the impression I got during this visit. Especially given that competitors accept returns within 14 days without hesitation, provided the product is returned in its original condition. I came away very disappointed by this experience and the lack of consideration shown to the customer. It wasn’t my first purchase at this shop, but it will certainly be my last.
