We had problems with our disc brakes on 2 bikes. They did a full bleed on one bike and adjusted the second. Honest and didn’t push extra work. I had to rent a bike (46cm frame) and they gave me a beautiful Pinarello which took me easily to the top of the Tourmalet. They spoke excellent English. Highly recommended ! Many thanks.

The third time I've used L'Etape des Pyrenees and I simply wouldn't go anywhere else. I feel totally at home and know I’m going to get high quality bike hire and excellent service. I enjoyed 2.5 days, 120 miles and 20,000 feet of climbing- thank you!

Fantastic bike hire service. Super straightforward and efficient to book and pick up the bike with good advice on sizing. Guys in the shop were really helpful and spoke amazing English. Only problem is that now I’ve tried a Pinarello, I wish I had one… Thank you.

I had a great ride thanks in part to these guys. Reservation was easy and they answered my questions prior to arrival in France to help with my packing. Completed setup for bike (seat adjustment, installed pedals and added computer mount) in about 20 minutes and I was on my way.
