I am much delayed in writing this. M. Christian was a delight in outfitting our family and friends with electric bikes for a splendid tour around Lac Annecy. He told us which direction to go (clockwise so we didn't fade on a big hill) and could not have been more accommodating in getting us ready. Merci beaucoups!

Came in after my garmin power meter broke mid-ride. the staff were so helpful and friendly - they pulled apart the pedal and found the issue right away, and showed me exactly what to order to fix it. thank you!!

Great shop, with very friendly, helpful and skilled people. We hired racing bikes and got superb premium bikes and good advice on the best routes in the area.

Cool shop with a really helpful guy. Open 7 days a week which was really useful for a Sunday emergency. Highly recommended.

Chrisitan and his staff are AMAZING. Our group of 6 did many big rides in the mountains (420 miles and 41,000 feet of climbing) and had a few mechanical issues during our week-long trip . My Campagnolo rear wheel cracked and Christian had a nice Mavic wheel in stock AND had a Campagnolo freehub body to swap onto it AND charged a very fair price. Very few bike shops know how to do this work AND have the parts in stock. It was amazing! Some of the best service I've ever had in a shop and I have worked in bike shops on both coasts of the USA. On another day, a friend had chain and rear derailleur issues and Christian had the spares in stock and was able to fix his Cervelo S3 within 20 minutes. Plus we all watched the Tour de France while we got service. At the end of the week I am happy to say I have made a new friend. Simply amazing. Bravo Christian!
