Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service from Esprit Cycles. The bike was set up ready to go, with SPD pedals as requested. It rode well, with a couple of minor tweaks to improve fit as I got used to it, and comfortably handled a 140Km ride through the beautiful Bordeaux countryside. I was glad of the included spare tube and toolkit, which made the mid-ride puncture a minor inconvenience rather than a ride-ending disaster. I'll be happy to hire again. Edit: my second and third hires were just as successful and enjoyable as my first.

Brian was very helpful when we picked up the bikes. They were the best bikes that we have ever hired and went really well. We also hired panniers for our week cycling around the Bordeaux region. We Will certainly recommend this company to friends and family.

Excellent service and top quality bikes. We rented 2 gravel bikes (L and XL). The bikes are well maintained and work perfectly. As a service they gave us a saddle pouch with a spare tube, pump and Allen key set!

Super advice to opt for gravel bike hire with equipped tyres for Flow Velo Route 92 three day 210km cycle from Angouleme to La Rochelle. Light-weight, easy gear operation, friendly service at Esprit Cycles. Thoroughly recommend.

Highly recommend Esprit Cycles Bordeaux. Friendly, patient and cares for their customers. Shop is cool and has some awesome bikes on display. I took my Brompton there to buy a couple of upgrades. Didn't expect them to have exactly what I was after and certainly wasn't expecting the installation to be offered there and then, 30minutes before shop closure!! I didn't catch his name, but the guy who runs it was really great & definitely lives by a high level of customer service 100% &
