Delivery to a relay point, real-time tracking.
For the return, a prepaid label is provided. You can either reuse the same packaging or use another suitable packaging. Returns can be made from a different location than where the equipment was received.
In Paris or the Paris region:
Delivery 2 days before the start of the rental and collection no later than 48 hours after the end date. Service 7 days a week from 8am to 9pm

To guarantee you complete peace of mind, a 3-level security delivery procedure has been established:
Level 1 Your package is shipped via express chronos to arrive 3 days before the start of the rental at a relay point, with real-time tracking.
Level 2 If, 2 days before your departure, the tracking indicates any delay, the equipment is immediately reshipped via an express carrier for delivery the next morning with FedEx, fully covered by Lousso.
Level 3 In the exceptional case where there is also an issue with the express transport, Lousso mobilizes all available resources to provide you with equipment, including the option of hand delivery by Lousso to your home in France or a neighboring country.
