In France:
Delivery at pickup points, real-time tracking.
For returns, a prepaid return label is provided. You can either reuse the same packaging or use another suitable packaging. Returns can be made from a different location than the delivery place of the equipment.
In Paris or the Paris region:
Delivery 2 days before the start of the rental and collection at the latest 48 hours after the rental end date. Service 7 days a week 8am - 9pm

DELIVERY PROTOCOL
To date, 100% of clients have received the equipment on time, and Lousso makes every effort to ensure this remains the case.
To guarantee you complete peace of mind, a 3-level delivery security procedure has been implemented:
Level 1 Your package is shipped by express courier to arrive 3 days before the start of the rental at a pickup point, with real-time tracking.
Level 2 If, 2 days before your departure, the tracking indicates any delay, the equipment is immediately reshipped via an express carrier for next day delivery with FedEx, fully at Lousso's expense.
Level 3 In the exceptional case of an incident with the express carrier, Lousso mobilizes all resources to provide you with equipment, including the option of hand delivery by Lousso to your home in France or a neighboring country.
