Delivery to a relay point, real-time tracking.
For the return, a prepaid label is provided. You can either reuse the same packaging or use another suitable packaging. The return can be made from a different location than where the equipment was received.

Delivery 2 days before the start of the rental and retrieval no later than 48 hours after the end date of the rental. Service 7 days a week, 8 AM - 9 PM

To guarantee you complete peace of mind, a 3-level security delivery procedure has been implemented:
Level 1 Your package is shipped express to arrive 3 days before the start of the rental at a relay point, with real-time tracking.
Level 2 If, 2 days before your departure, the tracking indicates any delay, the equipment is immediately reshipped via express courier for delivery the next morning with FedEx, fully at Lousso's expense.
Level 3 In the exceptional case where there is also an issue with express transport, Lousso mobilizes all available means to provide you with equipment, including the option of hand delivery by Lousso to your home in France or in a neighboring country.
