We hired electric bikes for the day to explore the area. Excellent friendly service. Bikes are excellent. Staff very welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend this shop.

In about May 2025 we (in Australia) started planning a cycle ride covering the Swiss Lakes route starting from Thonon les Bains and then onto Austria to ride the 10 lakes of Salzburg. About 1000 kms all up riding. We needed to hire 3 electric cycles for about a month and we contacted LS Lanches Sport Thonon about a year before our planned ride. We received excellent support and communications with Laetitia and the LS Lanches Sport Team and we arranged the hire of 3 ‘Moustache’ electric cycles. A deposit was paid and in May 2026 we collected the cycles and completed the planned ride covering- in all 1055 kms. We returned from Salzburg to Thonon les Bains by train to return the cycles. The quality of cycles supplied was excellent and our entire journey was trouble free. The bikes we were provided easily handled every type of terrain we encountered. The battery power was more than adequate. We would have no hesitation in recommending LS Lanches Sport Thonon.

Rented an e-mountain bike for the day and it was super easy. I rented the bike online the day before (I recommend making a reservation sooner to ensure you get the proper size) and rode 40 miles on it. The bike was in great condition, well maintained and the service was excellent. Christoph was super helpful. Highly recommend.
