Our establishment is closed on Sundays. However, you can still make a reservation. In that case, you will need to collect your rental on Saturday between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm and return it on Monday between 9:00 am and 9:30 am.

Wonderful experience all round - highly recommended place for, amongst anything bike related, good quality bicycle rentals. As written by my friend Kim in his July review, I completely endorse his comments about how the whole rental process (from our initial contact in 2025, correspondence in the year leading up to our arriving in Thonon, picking up the bikes and being shown how they work then the seamless process of returning the bikes) was handled in such a professional manner by Laetitia and the staff at LS Lanches. I thank them very much for making the whole transaction simple. I must give special thanks to Laetitia for her handling of my initial requests and the many times I suggested slightly changes to dates, number of bikes, sizes of bikes, types of bikes, options with 'this and that' which she dealt with efficiently. All correspondence she made with us was in English and she never hesitated with this although she is French and I realise that sometimes my requests must have made her wonder? Thanks Laetitia. The 3 bikes Moustache bikes we hired were terrific. As Kim said we travelled over 1000km without a hiccup. The e-bikes had 500w Bosch batteries which provided good range for our daily trips of between 40-75km even with 2 of them each loaded with pannier bags weighing up to 22kg. The bikes were clean and well serviced. The tyres were well treaded and we did not have one puncture in the 30 days of riding we did. In addition to hiring us 3 quality e-bikes, LS Lanches provide many other bicycle related services. Clothing, bikes, spare parts, travel accessories, service and maintenance etc. With short notice I was able to organise a service on my Trek gravel bike (not one of the hire ones) the day we returned the e-bikes in June. And was very pleased with what was done. Thanks again to all at LS Lanches. It was a pleasure interacting with you. We will recommend LS Lanches to any of our friends who travel to that beautiful part of the world and suggest to everyone else to consider visiting LS Lanches on line or at the physical shop in Thonon for their adventure needs

In about May 2025 we (in Australia) started planning a cycle ride covering the Swiss Lakes route starting from Thonon les Bains and then onto Austria to ride the 10 lakes of Salzburg. About 1000 kms all up riding. We needed to hire 3 electric cycles for about a month and we contacted LS Lanches Sport Thonon about a year before our planned ride. We received excellent support and communications with Laetitia and the LS Lanches Sport Team and we arranged the hire of 3 ‘Moustache’ electric cycles. A deposit was paid and in May 2026 we collected the cycles and completed the planned ride covering- in all 1055 kms. We returned from Salzburg to Thonon les Bains by train to return the cycles. The quality of cycles supplied was excellent and our entire journey was trouble free. The bikes we were provided easily handled every type of terrain we encountered. The battery power was more than adequate. We would have no hesitation in recommending LS Lanches Sport Thonon.

Rented an e-mountain bike for the day and it was super easy. I rented the bike online the day before (I recommend making a reservation sooner to ensure you get the proper size) and rode 40 miles on it. The bike was in great condition, well maintained and the service was excellent. Christoph was super helpful. Highly recommend.
