Did not expect my favorite shopping experience to be this épicerie! Their products are top of the line, amazing unique finds and the staff/owner are incredibly helpful. Highly recommend strolling through when in Lyon

Stumbled upon this wonderful shop with unique offerings and healthy options. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I even had a chance to meet the owner who was so pleasant. Great place to find a unique gift for someone as well. It is also right next to the statue of J. Kleeberger.

Absolutely wonderful! We stumbled upon Patate in our search of a good coffee, and here we found what we were looking for :) The store is very nicely decorated, great products and lovely (!!) owners. Thank you for your hospitality!

We climbed down interminable flights of steps from Fourviere, turned right on the quai, in desperate need of refreshments. Patate was 10 metres away. A warm welcome, ice cold drinks including an outstanding beer, speciality ice cream. Heaven in Lyon. We had just arrived from Melbourne and were looking for some advice on French wine and delicatessen items. 7 weeks, 3 visits, 18 bottles of wine all first rate and not expensive. Bread, pate, etc. First rate quality products, unmatched, friendly, knowledgeable service. Ask for Rachel in English or French. Superb.
