After a disastrous morning leaving Le Havre, going through a 'jungle' path...one of our bikes was struggling to shift gears. A failed first attempt at a fix in the local area left us worried, until we arrived at Mary's Cycles. The staff were exceptional! Welcoming, kind, offered coffee and confidence and within 20mins we had an answer, solution and could keep going again. We bought some items from the shop as thanks as they graciously offered to help for free, and we honestly couldn't believe our luck! They offered to pump our tyres and honestly SAVED THE TRIP. Since then, we have been mechanical free for another 150+ miles.
