Had a small problem with my bike on a touring holiday and the staff fixed it straight away then refused to take any payment. Couldn't recommend them enough. Great bikes for sale too if you are on the look out.

Amazing amazing amazing. We came in with a very bad bent derailer hanger on our newish specialized bikes from USA. We are riding 250 miles across France and could not shift gears without risking major malfunction and spokes breaking. Brought it in just before 12:30 and the tech was able to steal a hanger off a showroom bike for us to get us back on the road and on our way. We proceeded to buy everything we could carry (and some bike bags to carry it) to say thank you. We got lucky to roll through and find them. Merci!!!!

After a disastrous morning leaving Le Havre, going through a 'jungle' path...one of our bikes was struggling to shift gears. A failed first attempt at a fix in the local area left us worried, until we arrived at Mary's Cycles. The staff were exceptional! Welcoming, kind, offered coffee and confidence and within 20mins we had an answer, solution and could keep going again. We bought some items from the shop as thanks as they graciously offered to help for free, and we honestly couldn't believe our luck! They offered to pump our tyres and honestly SAVED THE TRIP. Since then, we have been mechanical free for another 150+ miles.
