I rented a bike through the Tourism office and could not recommend it more! The staff was lovely. I had a problem on my tour and got injured. I was not able to make the apointed time to return the bike. The staff was super helpful and went above and beyond so I could return the bike the next day (on a holiday!) free of charge. 10/10 service !

A few days ago we took a guided tour organized by the tourist office. We couldn't have made a better choice. It was a very interesting and entertaining two-hour tour (and very cheap 12€/person). Our guide, Lucy, was very knowledgeable and talented, and shared many interesting and little-known details about the city. I highly recommend it!

Amazing city, beautiful architecture, fantastic cathedral. We accidentally came across a lazer show celebrating the history of Rouen, magnificent.
