I rented a bike through the Tourism office and could not recommend it more! The staff was lovely. I had a problem on my tour and got injured. I was not able to make the apointed time to return the bike. The staff was super helpful and went above and beyond so I could return the bike the next day (on a holiday!) free of charge. 10/10 service !

A few days ago we took a guided tour organized by the tourist office. We couldn't have made a better choice. It was a very interesting and entertaining two-hour tour (and very cheap 12€/person). Our guide, Lucy, was very knowledgeable and talented, and shared many interesting and little-known details about the city. I highly recommend it!

They have a very clear details for tourists and travellers, the must to do list and important places to visit.
It also have a wide variety of souvenirs you can buy and also important memorabilias of the region.
Tourism information office also has the money exchange where you can exchange most of the world currencies.
I exchanged Singapore dollar, Hong Kong dollars and also British Pounds for a good rate.
It is a perfect place for all tourism and travel kinda things in Rouen.
