This lovely family run surf school made my stay in Lisbon a wonderful experience. Tiago and Pedro and their father Hélder taught me the basics of surfing – they are extremely kind, patient and communicative and continuously check if you are feeling OK, which made me feel very safe (which was reassuring especially at times when the waves seemed a little big to me :) They speak English well, but also allowed me to practise the few words of Portuguese that I was learning during my stay. Because of their warm and welcoming attitude I instantly felt at home. Their surfing dog Johnny was a cute bonus :) I can recommend this school very much!

We had a beginner class in 15th of December 2021. The communication via Facebook was very fast and informative. We met on the spot and had a nice surfing session with a flexible attitude from the instructor. We could change the board during the class. All in all it was a good experience. As an extra we received some pictures and videos from the instructor, Helder de Fonseca.
