A very smooth process, from booking to returning the bikes. The staff member we spoke to was very friendly and gave us some good advice. Thank you for staying open for us, despite the constraints of the festival. High-quality equipment and reasonable prices.

I’ve bought several bikes from Gérard (road bikes, mountain bikes, children’s bikes) and I’ve always been given advice tailored to my riding style and needs – the same goes for technical clothing. As for the mechanical side of things, I’m really happy. No need to go back twice. Never any problems… It’s nice to find someone who takes the time to do things properly. Go there with complete confidence… I highly recommend it +++

He knows what he’s talking about. He does a good, honest job.

I asked for advice on tightening a chain; the shop assistant didn’t say a word – he just grabbed his screwdriver, spent a minute on the bike, and gave it a couple of turns. I thanked him and bought a tube of grease for €8 to give him a bit of a tip… but I was in for a surprise when I went to pay: €14… €6 a minute! I think I’ve wasted my life – I should have become a bike mechanic… unless it’s a rip-off… you be the judge… as for me, I’d advise you to give this place a wide berth!
