We only booked the tandem the night before via the website, which was no problem. The mechanic was very helpful and nice, gave us a good route recommendation to Versailles and I would say the price is pretty good. All in all, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

We got great service here with a very friendly manager and bikes were quickly available.
We rented two mechanical bikes for a day and they worked very well.
Very nice to be getting two locks including a D lock (ask for "un U") in French so our bikes were super secure everywhere.
Such a good service we will definitely use again next time we're in Paris (especially now that Velibs have hit rock bottom and don't take foreign cards anymore)

Bikes are in bad shape, no communication from the store when a problem arise. I'm out 50€ for repairs I had to do in order to continue my journey. The rear tire was so old that it blew out of the rim.
