I came to rent a bike for the day. I returned it the next morning at no extra charge because I picked it up at 11:00 AM. So, perfect! I also checked the price of new bikes... coming from the North of France, I can tell you that the prices here are very, very reasonable! A very professional team that inspires confidence. They promised to take on a kid as an intern, only to back out at the last minute. What a lack of professionalism!

I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. I called to ask if I could bring my e-bike in for a rear flat tire (it's complicated to remove if you don't know what you're doing), and they asked me to take the tire off. And they told me not for at least 15 days. Are you kidding me? The shop is only there to sell, but for repairs, go somewhere else. The previous owners were much more friendly, business-minded, and accommodating.
