Good experience in all respects: quick appointment and repair for my bike which was out of adjustment at the derailleur level and needed the annual service. Good contact with the people involved and no paperwork, including with state aid!

Looking for an electric bike to take to work every day and all weather. I was really excited about the reconditioned bike concert. The Boussole team provided great advice and guided me well in finding the right machine. I was able to try several models and I found the bike that suited me perfectly. It was like new. Flawless. I've been riding with it for 6 months and I'm still super happy with it. I went for a service last week and it was quick, easy and inexpensive. The workshop is also top notch. In short, I recommend and I will return if I need another bike to ride with the family.
