FRIENDLY 😊 PROFESSIONAL 👌🏼 PERFECT One Saturday at 11.30 am, we turned up without a booking and the manager welcomed us with a big smile; he was very accommodating and confirmed that we’d only be paying for half a day 😍 Great advice on choosing a bike as well as on the routes, and always really friendly – a real treat when exploring the island! He was very considerate of our budget to give us the best advice, and honestly, €55 for an e-bike with two children on the back is a great deal. 53km and 6 hours later, everything went really well, with top-quality kit and brilliant service from the manager! A big thank you 🙏🏼 Everyone’s friendly on this island, even the bike hire guy ✌️

A brilliant welcome, a great team, … They give you excellent advice on bikes and on finding your way around Île de Ré. I highly recommend this place for renting bikes safely, with top-quality service. The setting is brilliant too, with free parking available to leave your car. A place to remember when you visit the island

Great e-bike hire. The battery lasts all day. High-quality, very easy-to-handle bikes. Very warm welcome. Near the Le Suroit campsite at Bois-Plage in the Loire-Atlantique region. Several other shops on the island.

Disgraceful … Children’s trailer: dirty and unsafe (no rear lights, torn seatbelt, torn roof Velcro) 2 electric bikes hired: 1 with a worn-out battery (max range 20 km) and the other with faulty lights These should be banned from hire, or at least not in this condition. I’m giving it 2 stars because the employee admitted the faults and the group’s manager issued a refund straight away. Please pay more attention to safety in future.
