A very pleasant surprise after hesitating due to some reviews that I now find clearly exaggerated. We rented a scooter for several days and the experience was excellent. The vehicle was returned clean, the range was more than sufficient for our needs, and we had no technical issues throughout the entire rental period. The charger worked perfectly, and all the necessary instructions were provided from the start. The team was professional, available, and above all, very courteous. The contract and terms were clearly explained, with no unpleasant surprises. Upon returning the scooter, its condition was checked calmly and professionally. I would also like to highlight the quality of the service: friendly, responsive staff, ready to help when we had questions. It's nothing like the image described in some reviews. In short, the price/quality ratio is excellent, the equipment is reliable, and the service is professional. I recommend this agency without hesitation and will definitely use them again for future rentals.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honestly, my experience was the complete opposite of what some reviews describe. I recently rented a scooter from them, and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. The welcome was professional, the team was available, and above all, they were very transparent about the rental conditions. The scooter was clean, in good condition, and fully functional. There were no issues with the battery, charger, or performance during the entire rental period. As for customer service, I have absolutely no complaints: the staff was responsive, respectful, and accommodating. At no point did I feel any aggression or pressure; quite the opposite, in fact. All my questions received clear answers, and the vehicle's condition was thoroughly checked before and after the rental. You can tell they're a team experienced in working with many customers and they do their best to find solutions when there's a problem. As with any rental, there are rules and equipment to respect. For me, everything was simple, honest, and professional. I recommend them without hesitation and will definitely rent from them again on my next visit.
