⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ To be honest, my experience was the complete opposite of what’s described in some of the reviews. I hired a scooter from them recently and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. They were professional, the staff were helpful and, above all, very clear about the hire terms and conditions. The scooter was clean, in good condition and worked perfectly. I had no issues with the battery, charger or performance throughout the entire hire period. As for customer service, I have no complaints: the staff were responsive, respectful and accommodating. At no point did I feel any aggression or pressure – quite the opposite, in fact. All my questions were answered clearly, and the condition of the vehicle was thoroughly checked before and after the hire. Above all, you can tell this is a team used to dealing with lots of customers and who do their utmost to find solutions when there’s a problem. As with any car hire, there are rules to follow and equipment to look after. For me, the whole experience was straightforward, honest and professional. I’d recommend them without hesitation and will definitely hire from them again on my next visit.

A very pleasant surprise, having initially been put off by certain reviews which I now realise were clearly exaggerated. We hired a scooter for several days and the experience was excellent. The scooter was handed over clean, had more than enough range for our journeys, and we had no technical issues throughout the hire period. The charger worked perfectly and we were given all the necessary instructions right from the start. The team were professional, helpful and, above all, very fair with us. The contract and terms and conditions were explained clearly, with no nasty surprises. When we returned the scooter, its condition was checked calmly and professionally. I’d also like to highlight the quality of the service: the staff were friendly, responsive and always ready to help when we had any questions. It’s a far cry from the impression given in some reviews. All in all, good value for money, reliable equipment and professional service. I have no hesitation in recommending this agency and will definitely use them again for my next hire.
