To be honest, my experience was the complete opposite of what’s described in some of the reviews.
I hired a scooter from them recently and everything went very smoothly from start to finish. They were professional, the staff were helpful and, above all, very clear about the hire terms and conditions. The scooter was clean, in good condition and worked perfectly. I had no issues with the battery, charger or performance throughout the entire hire period.
As for customer service, I have no complaints: the staff were responsive, respectful and accommodating. At no point did I feel any aggression or pressure – quite the opposite, in fact. All my questions were answered clearly, and the condition of the vehicle was thoroughly checked before and after the hire.
Above all, you can tell this is a team used to dealing with lots of customers and who do their utmost to find solutions when there’s a problem.
As with any car hire, there are rules to follow and equipment to look after. For me, the whole experience was straightforward, honest and professional. I’d recommend them without hesitation and will definitely hire from them again on my next visit.
