A well-designed car park, with three levels: ground floor and first floor covered, and the second floor open-air. It has recently been fitted with displays showing the number of spaces available per aisle; the downside is that it doesn’t distinguish between the different types of spaces available. Spaces for children, disabled and mobility-impaired customers, and electric vehicle charging points. The shopping centre has been very well refurbished; it’s much brighter, with low-voltage lighting. The staff always give customers a very warm welcome, even at the end of the day! A lovely fruit and vegetable section, featuring in particular an organic section with a specialist member of staff on hand to assist us. Promotional offers are regularly updated with new selections. You can do your shopping online, either via the ‘drive-through’ collection service or for home delivery at a modest additional cost. In short, a great shop that’s well worth recommending! Just a quick note: there are lockers for leaving your full shopping trolley, located entirely on the left-hand side of the shopping centre near the cultural area, with smaller lockers above them for a bag or two. Next to the reception desk at the Leclerc entrance, in the very quiet corridor, there’s a drop-off point for small electrical items, light bulbs, tubes and batteries. There’s also a machine where you can exchange your change for vouchers to be redeemed at the checkouts.

A lovely shop. The concept is really appealing. A superb, well-maintained patisserie section – everything is perfectly displayed. And what a choice!!!!! There’s even a selection of gluten-free pastries. And to top it all off, the presentation lives up to the taste! Same goes for the deli section. The products are perfectly displayed and cooked to perfection (rotisserie). Thank you to the two staff members who helped me with my shopping for your warm welcome and helpfulness. Well done!! This Leclerc store is unique and unlike any others I usually visit.

I’d like to thank the team at the deli for their professionalism; they’re always on hand, friendly and cheerful, even five minutes before the shop closes. I popped in on Friday 15 May at 7.25 pm. Next time, I’ll also tell you about the quality of service at the bakery and its staff. 👍🏼

Having coeliac disease or a gluten allergy is not a choice; it is a daily challenge that can have serious consequences for your health. When I came across your ‘gluten-free’ section in the bakery aisle, I was astonished to find that gluten-free products were mixed in with products containing gluten on the ‘gluten-free’ shelves – see photo. This is unacceptable. This organisation shows a total lack of consideration for those affected and poses a real risk of cross-contamination. Moreover, this is not the first time I have noticed such negligence in your aisle. For a retailer such as Leclerc, which prides itself on its commitment to its customers, such negligence is quite simply scandalous. People with coeliac disease have a right to expect a minimum level of rigour, respect and food safety. Today, this is clearly not the case in your shop. I expect concrete measures to be taken promptly to ensure that this situation does not happen again.

The price listed for the item online (and for click-and-collect) doesn’t match, with a fairly significant price difference, whereas other Leclerc stores do. As a result, I didn’t buy anything, even though I’d come to this particular shop specifically because the item was listed as available for click-and-collect; I couldn’t use the click-and-collect service as I don’t live nearby.
