Fantastic experience with Riders! I rented a Tenere for a short term and ended up subscribing! Maintenance insurance and the option to store the bikes during the winter are included! Excellent service!

New services and attentive staff. I was able to easily rent a Z650 from Riders. Insurance, roadside assistance, maintenance, and tires are included. With my busy schedule, this package is perfect for me. Can't wait to enjoy it this summer! 🏍️☀️

⚠️ Bad experience with Riders. Don't waste your time and money. No condition report was carried out either at the start or upon return of the motorcycle. I admit to having caused some damage (lever, handlebar end), which I was prepared to repair (I fell over on my right side while reversing). But other damage was added afterward, without clear evidence. This included the rearview mirror, exhaust plate, and even a rear brake lever. The owner even accused me of bending the handlebars and creating a differential in the fork... 👉 The €2,000 deposit was retained in full, without any solid justification or a counter-report. Despite attempts at amicable communication, I am therefore forced to take legal action to recover it (formal notice, mediation). 🛑 Advice: take photos/videos before and after, demand a written and signed condition report, and never return a vehicle without a written report. Riders does not guarantee real protection in case of a dispute. Be very careful before renting. You'll find photos of the condition I returned the motorcycle in so you can see for yourself. --- To respond humorously to the comment below: Thanks for the laughs! 😄 Between you, who can't change a brake lever without getting a €468 quote, and me, who can't reverse without laying the bike down, we have the worst duo MotoGP has ever seen. Bob the Fixer and Bibiche the Stuntman… that would make a great poster! 🛠️🏍️💥 Anyway, no hard feelings. We just hope future rentals will be more professional and straightforward. And I promise, next time I'm renting a bicycle. They won't try to take my deposit. 😅 If you want to chat about mechanics, artistic falls, or cosmetic quotes, I'm still available 😉
