These now-deserted shops no longer offer the same selection of items they had a few years ago and simply redirect you to websites, which is completely ridiculous because customers don't come back and they're paying employees to do nothing, and rent/electricity costs for nothing!

Extremely disappointed with Retif's services! We ordered professional furniture for our new shop, and our order was delayed by over a month and a half! We received no information or explanation regarding the delays, nor were any solutions offered. Furthermore, we are very disappointed with the quality of the furniture we received; some pieces are missing and turn out to be extra charges! It is never mentioned on the website or during the ordering process that the furniture is sold flat-packed with additional charges! Moreover, some items do not meet our needs and are poorly finished, but Retif offers absolutely no solution for returns or exchanges. Their response: "We can't do anything, sort it out yourself." This was the second and last time we will order from Retif for our shop. We strongly advise against using Retif for your professional furniture.

No welcome, no advice, no one to take our money, and an advisor at his desk yelling on the phone... we left putting everything back and without buying anything from the long list, we didn't want to spend €1, what a shame, we'll order online.
