Easy to reserve online and they had a good selection. It was our first time using electric assisted bikes and they were a lot of fun. The shopkeepers were helpful and friendly, and we had a lot of options for additional items like saddle bags, helmets, locks, and repair kits. We took the bikes all the way to Chenonceau, and I’d recommend this shop to anyone looking to do the same.

Fantastic experience - hired bikes for 3 days and got a great map of the area with recommended routes - which were all fabulous. We also left our bikes at the other shop in Tours, which was very handy whilst we explored, and got equally great service there. Check in / check out of bike hire took about 5-10 min - very efficient!

The guy we dealt with was the kind Americans usually think of when you think of the rude Frenchman. Didn’t speak English and had to take one of our passports, which looking back on seemed strange. When we returned our bikes my passport was just sitting on his counter. His bikes are very nice and new. He was rather gruff but gave us everything we needed for our day. All in all we were pleased. His system is alittle antiquated too. However very reasonably priced. A nice thing is we didn’t have to have a reservation so we just showed up and there were plenty of bikes available.

We had a very pleasant experience using the Rouelib 🚲 rental company. The office is very well situated in Amboise and we received very good service. The e-bikes were so easy to handle. The route through the wine yards on the Loire was clearly marked. A beautiful day! Thank you
