Easy to reserve online and they had a good selection. It was our first time using electric assisted bikes and they were a lot of fun. The shopkeepers were helpful and friendly, and we had a lot of options for additional items like saddle bags, helmets, locks, and repair kits. We took the bikes all the way to Chenonceau, and I’d recommend this shop to anyone looking to do the same.

We had a very pleasant experience using the Rouelib 🚲 rental company. The office is very well situated in Amboise and we received very good service. The e-bikes were so easy to handle. The route through the wine yards on the Loire was clearly marked. A beautiful day! Thank you

Our bike tour company, Discover France, sent us here when the bike they provided had failing brakes - the rear brake did not work at all, and the front brake made a horrendous scraping sound. Our tour consultant had contacted.ROUE LIB the night before, and they were aware that we were coming in with a brake problem. The store agent squeezed each break while the bicycle was stationary; he said the rear brake needed brake fluid and that he didn’t have any in the store that he had it at home. He said the front brake was fine. this store seems like a good place to go if you want to waste your time. (Our tour agent replaced the bicycle.)
